About the invisible character
Genuinely blank characters, each labelled by name since there is nothing to see — for empty-looking messages, names and spacing tricks.
How to use it
- Every button is labelled by name, because the characters themselves are invisible.
- Click the one you need — zero-width space and braille blank cover most jobs.
- Paste it where a plain space gets stripped or rejected.
- Test in the destination: some platforms filter specific invisible characters.
Useful for
- Send a blank message or set an empty-looking nickname where plain spaces are refused.
- Break auto-linking or formatting with a zero-width space.
- Use the braille blank — the most widely accepted “visible nothing”.

Invisible Character FAQ
Which invisible character works for game names and social handles?
The braille pattern blank (U+2800) succeeds most often — platforms treat it as a printable character that happens to show nothing. Zero-width characters are stripped more aggressively. Try braille blank first; this grid labels both.
Are invisible characters dangerous?
They are ordinary Unicode with legitimate typographic jobs, but they can confuse — an invisible character in a password or code will bite. Use them where blankness is the point, and never where exactness matters.
