About the authorship signals checker
Paste page HTML for an eight-check review of who is claiming the content — the trust signals engines and AI systems can actually parse.
How to use it
- Paste the page HTML.
- Read the eight checks: author signals, byline, dates, cited sources, entity links, credentials, contact, review markers.
- Fix the fails that are true — these signals must describe reality.
- Re-run; the score only means something because every check is verifiable.
Useful for
- Audit the trust signals on money and health pages where they weigh most.
- Make authorship machine-readable, not just a styled byline.
- Check a guest post or supplier page before it goes live under your name.

Authorship Signals Checker FAQ
Is this the same as Google’s E-E-A-T?
It measures the machine-visible substrate of it: E-E-A-T is a rater concept, not a parser, but authors, dates, sources and contact routes are what both raters and ranking systems can actually observe. No tool scores “trust” honestly; this one scores its evidence.
Can I just add credential language everywhere?
The checker will pass it and the internet will check it. Unverifiable expertise claims are worse than none — the signal that helps is a real name, linked to a real entity, dated, citing real sources.
