About the email signature builder
Table-based, inline-styled markup — the only kind mail clients respect — plus the plain-text fallback, from your details.
How to use it
- Fill in the fields you want shown — name is the only requirement.
- Copy the HTML output.
- Paste into your client’s signature editor (via a browser render for rich-paste clients).
- Keep the plain-text version for the clients and contexts that strip HTML.
Useful for
- Replace the mangled signature that breaks in half your recipients’ clients.
- Standardise a small team’s signatures without a paid tool.
- Generate matching HTML and plain-text versions in one pass.

Email Signature Builder FAQ
Why tables and inline styles in 2026?
Because Outlook still renders email with a word-processor engine that ignores modern CSS. Tables with inline styles are the only markup that renders identically everywhere — ugly to write, which is why a generator writes it.
Can I add an image or logo?
Images in signatures trigger “download images?” prompts and attachment-icon clutter, and this builder deliberately ships without them: text-only signatures render instantly, everywhere, forever. Add a hosted logo later if the trade-off suits you.
