How do four words beat P@ssw0rd1?
Attackers guess PATTERNS: capital-word-digit-symbol is template one. Four random words from a big pool is ~2⁵² possibilities of pure chance — the entropy line shows the bits, the crack-time line translates them into geologic patience.
The word pool is public — doesn’t that break it?
No: the SELECTION is the secret, not the pool (Kerckhoffs’s principle). What kills passphrases is choosing meaningful words yourself — your pets and towns are in every cracking list. Hence crypto-random only.
