Invoice Header Pack FAQ
Which payment terms should I set?
Shorter than you think: 30 days is habit, not law — 14 is increasingly normal for small suppliers, 7 defensible for small jobs. Whatever you choose, the due DATE printed here removes the classic “30 days from when?” ambiguity.
Why put the amount in words?
Anti-tampering inherited from cheques (figures can gain digits; words cannot) and required convention in some jurisdictions. It costs one line; the pack writes it correctly, currency and all.
